Chiefs cut WR Kadarius Toney from the roster.
KANSAS CITY, Mo. Less than two years after making one of the most iconic plays in franchise history, wide receiver Kadarius Toney was among the players dismissed by the Kansas City Chiefs on Tuesday. Toney's 65-yard punt in the fourth quarter of Super Bowl LVII gave the Chiefs a 38-35 victory over the Philadelphia Eagles. Toney, who also scored a touchdown in the fourth quarter of the game, was initially surrounded by Eagles players on the punt return, but broke free and ran down the field.
